We went to Chilocco Indian School to investigate Dec. 2, 2006. We were lucky to have the OKCGC come with us and we really enjoyed working with them. The conditions at Chilocco were pretty severe. It got down to about 12 degrees that night and we were walking through a foot of snow just about everywhere we went. As soon as we showed up we could feel the energy in that place. We started out in Leupp Hall, but we did not record there. OKCGC did a thorough sweep of the building taking note of the temperature and EMF meter readings in every room. Not only that, but they carried a recorder at all times and took an incredible amount of pictures throughout the night. Next, we went to what was possibly known as the Women's or Faculty dorm.

There was a thorough sweep there as well, but the energy just wasn't the same. We proceeded to the Boy's dorm where we made a thorough sweep along with the other team through every room of this building. There were a few personal experiences including shadow figures and many sounds. The final building we investigated was the Girl's dorm. We started out with a sweep of the entire building which took some time because this building is so massive. There are so many rooms you could get lost if you don't be careful. We entered one of the rooms on the second floor that we refer to as the "Rage Room." As soon as we entered that room you could smell what we believe to be a stale liquor smell. One like when someone gets drunk and sweats out eh alcohol all night. It was very strong, but the next time we entered the room we didn't smell it. The third time we went in that room we smelled the liquor again.

After the initial sweep OKCGC chose a room to have a sit-down and just down the hall, in another room they set up their equipment. After the initial sweep and the decision of the sit-down room, we placed two recorders in the dorm. One was placed in the basement, and the other was placed in the first floor hallway. These recorders were on the opposited side of the building so there is no outside interference. The first EVP was caught in the basement right before we enter the room. The second EVP was caught in the hallway and sounds like a muffled conversation but none of us were even on that side of the building. We were all in the same room on the second floor and opposite side of the building. We finished our investigation at roughly 4:30am after many personal experiences and many interesting things. We would like to thank OKCGC for making the trip to Norther Oklahoma especially with the weather the way it was. We appreciate all we've learned from them and look forward to working with everyone in the future. Thanks members of the OKCGC!!!!!!!
